The subject of the Clarena Polska Ltd. Limited Partnership project is the purchase of modern fixed assets and intangible assets, i.e. : -machine for taping tubes tub (1pc.); - sachet-filling machine (1pc.); - transport line (1pc.) - software for Logistics Department (1 pc.).

Achievement of project aims: Project aims will be achieved through the purchase and implementation of the above-mentioned elements for the company’s production process. The purchase of the items will allow the Applicant to commence the production process of new products, and therefore offer new products to clients, and also employ new employees. It will eventually result in reduced production costs; increased production capacity; environmental protection and gain of new markets (Central and Eastern Europe). Justification that the described investment is new in the understanding of the definition: The above described investment is of a new investment character, as it concerns the purchase of fixed and intangible assets concerned with:
1) expansion of an existing company - with the purchase of particular investment elements Clarena will be able to independently perform production stages earlier outsourced (production of cosmetics in sachets);
2) diversification of production through introduction of new additional products. In accordance with the definition of production diversification, this is widening of product range based on the introduction of a new product alongside products currently manufactured. With the realization of the project subject, Clarena will be able to introduce to the target market completely new products, i.e.: - company cosmetics in tubes; - company cosmetics in sachets, offered as a ready product, and not simply a cosmetic tester; - cosmetic lines dedicated to men.
3) a basic change concerning the production process in the existing company: As a result of the realization of the investment, there will be a complete change in the production process within Clarena Polska, as: - company products to date were not offered in tubes (creation of the whole production process within the scope of the project); - the company offered only algae and cosmetic testers in sachets (manufactured by suppliers) – with realization of the investment, Clarena will offer products in sachets (as normal packaging) and will perform this process independently; -to date, product packaging in mass packages and completion of orders was performed manually - as a result of the investment, this will be performed on a logistic line; - innovative software and Data Matrix codes shall be implemented – this facilitates full product identification and modern process management in the completion of orders.
