The Poplawska Group Laboratory is the heart of our research activity. This is where cosmetic raw materials, new formulas and technologies are created, which end up in professional salons and Clarena products. We work in R&D standards, relying on facts, testing and innovation.

Who we are

Poplawska Laboratories is a modern research and development center that has been supporting the beauty industry in Poland and abroad for years. Our foundation is science — we start each project with the analysis of active ingredients and their mechanisms of action.

We create formulas from scratch: from the synthesis of substances, through tests of effectiveness
and safety, right up to implementation into production. Thanks to this, we know not only how to create, but also how to apply and recommend our solutions in practice.

What we do

Laboratorium Poplawska Group operates primarily for the needs of the Clarena brand — it is here that recipes of professional cosmetics, supplements and innovative care formulas are created.

We create formulas from scratch: from the synthesis of substances, through tests of effectiveness
and safety, right up to implementation into production. Thanks to this, we know not only how to create, but also how to apply and recommend our solutions in practice.

At the same time, as R&D experts, we also provide services for other cosmetic and pharmaceutical brands:

Biomikroigły to mikroskopijne struktury krzemionkowe pozyskiwane ze słodkowodnych gąbek Spongilla. Zawieszone w żelowych formułach produktów inicjują proces biomikronakłuwania, tworząc mikrokanaliki w warstwie rogowej, które ułatwiają wnikanie składników aktywnych z produktu, jak i z preparatów stosowanych w kolejnych etapach zabiegu. Mikrokanaliki pozostają aktywne przez kilkadziesiąt godzin, zwiększając biodostępność substancji czynnych i zwiększając skuteczność ich działania.

Biofunctional protein complex developed by Laboratorium Popławska Group for the care of mature skin. It consists of hydrolysates of soy and yeast proteins, which protects telomeres from the process of shortening during each cell division, which prevents aging processes and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Regulation of sebum
Lightening

Niacinamide is also known as vitamin B3. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties, thanks to which it effectively fights acne. Normalizes the secretion of the sebaceous glands, reducing the amount of sebum secreted. Brightens the skin and strengthens its hydrolipid barrier.

Mitigating

Vitamin U is a derivative of methionine — one of the essential amino acids. It was isolated from cabbage. Its action is due to antihistamine properties, it inhibits the cascade of inflammatory reactions, and, as scientific studies prove, it speeds up the regeneration rate of damaged skin more than three times, which makes the skin softened and resistant to re-irritation by external factors.
