Our Formulas

The Poplawska Group Laboratory is the heart of our research activity. This is where cosmetic raw materials, new formulas and technologies are created, which end up in professional salons and Clarena products. We work in R&D standards, relying on facts, testing and innovation.

Who we are

Poplawska Laboratories is a modern research and development center that has been supporting the beauty industry in Poland and abroad for years. Our foundation is science — we start each project with the analysis of active ingredients and their mechanisms of action.

We create formulas from scratch: from the synthesis of substances, through tests of effectiveness
and safety, right up to implementation into production. Thanks to this, we know not only how to create, but also how to apply and recommend our solutions in practice.

What we do

Laboratorium Poplawska Group operates primarily for the needs of the Clarena brand — it is here that recipes of professional cosmetics, supplements and innovative care formulas are created.

We create formulas from scratch: from the synthesis of substances, through tests of effectiveness
and safety, right up to implementation into production. Thanks to this, we know not only how to create, but also how to apply and recommend our solutions in practice.

At the same time, as R&D experts, we also provide services for other cosmetic and pharmaceutical brands:

Synthesis and research of active ingredients

Contract manufacturing and white label

Recipe development

From the idea to the finished product, both for professional offices and home care (Clarena Daily Lab).

Lightening

A chemical compound with a strong anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and brightening effect. It is used in cosmetics to whiten and reduce skin discoloration. It is also characterized by anti-wrinkle action and antioxidant properties, thanks to which it protects the skin from premature aging and improves its elasticity and firmness.

A natural amino acid derived from sugar beet, which, thanks to its properties, maintains adequate hydration of the skin. In addition, it protects it from external factors and promotes regeneration.

Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant found in nature. It has several times stronger effects on the skin than vitamin C, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E. The unique structure of the astaxanthin molecule and fat solubility allows it to penetrate deeply and effectively protect the skin from the harmful effects of external factors.
