Poplawska Laboratories —
our research and innovation center
Our Formulas
The Poplawska Group Laboratory is the heart of our research activity. This is where cosmetic raw materials, new formulas and technologies are created, which end up in professional salons and Clarena products. We work in R&D standards, relying on facts, testing and innovation.

Synthesis and research of active ingredients
Design, testing and documentation of new substances, including peptides and biomimetic complexes.

Contract manufacturing and white label
Cosmetics, supplements and formulas created to order of partner brands.

Recipe development
From the idea to the finished product, both for professional offices and home care (Clarena Daily Lab).

Research support
Efficacy tests, comparative studies and scientific documentation, allowing to verify the real effect of the ingredients.
Nutmeg Sage Extract
Sage extract contains flavonoids, phenolic acids and saccharides. Thanks to its structure, it easily penetrates the layers of the skin, providing long-term hydration, smoothing and improving elasticity. Its action is due to the presence of secondary metabolites - including amino acids and carbohydrates - which support the regenerative and protective processes of the skin.
Marigold extract
Calendula has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it increases the rate of skin regeneration, in addition, it relieves irritation, moisturizes and softens the epidermis. It also has astringent and sebum regulating properties.
Red algae
Curly cartilage extract (Chondrus crispus) is a red seaweed of the redfish family. It is a source of mineral salts and carrageenan, which binds water and supports the maintenance of an adequate level of skin hydration. It also contains natural proteins, B vitamins (B1, B2, B5), vitamin C and niacin (PP), which support regeneration processes and have an antioxidant effect.
Bakuchiol
A natural compound obtained from the edible seeds of the Indian plant Babći (Psoralea corylifolia), which visibly reduces sebum production. Inhibits the multiplication of Propionibacterium acne and other bacteria and fungi. Relieves inflammation by blocking pro-inflammatory cytokines and enzymes. It is referred to as “vegetable retinol” because it has similar effects to retinol, but is better tolerated by the skin
Soy Protein
Soy proteins contain, among other things, vitamin E, which is widely known for its rejuvenating properties, and vitamin B. Thanks to this, they smooth the skin, increase its elasticity and support regeneration processes.
