This is why our filling line for glass ampoules with capacity from 1 to 10 ml is extraordinarily effcient – 6000 pcs./h. The technology implemented in the vial filling machine allows pouring materials with different viscosities, such as suspensions, acids and 2-phase products. Clarena processes cosmetic bases into the packaging sachets with the capacity from 1 to 25 ml, at a speed of 100 pcs./min. We produce single and double sachets with perforation. An interesting and innovative solution are samples containing e.g. 3 ml face cream and 10 ml body balm. The sachets with the „easy open” system significantly improve the comfort of cosmetics application and the tightness that has been confirmed by several tests, will certainly be appreciated by the users of tonics or shampoos.
